Section 448
The mortgaged property is indivisible

(1) Even if there is more than one creditor in the event of partition among the parties of the creditor or in case of division of shares between the partners, the property pledged by the debtor to the creditor shall remain indivisible and the debtor may take back the pledged property or any part of it until the entire debt taken by the creditor is fully paid in accordance with the mortgage deed.
